Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Valerian Console ("we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile apps, games and this website (together, the "Services"). Valerian Console is operated by Niral Vitthalbhai Dhameliya, a sole proprietorship based in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. If you email us for support, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
• Data processed on your device. Some apps need permissions such as camera, photos, files, location or motion sensors to do their job. Unless an app's store listing says otherwise, this data is processed on your device and is not sent to us.
• Advertising data. Apps that show ads use Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location and app interaction data to show and measure ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings.
• Diagnostics and usage. Some apps may use Google Firebase services (such as Analytics and Crashlytics) to understand app usage and fix crashes. This data does not directly identify you.
• Purchases. In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We receive confirmation of the purchase, but never your payment card details.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve the Services.
• To show ads in free versions of our apps.
• To process purchases and restore them on your devices.
• To reply to your support requests.
• To keep the Services secure and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

Our apps may use the following services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Play Services, AdMob and Firebase
• Apple App Store

Each app's Data safety section on Google Play describes exactly what that app collects and shares.

Children

Our Services are made for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention and deletion

We keep support emails only as long as needed to help you. You can ask us to delete any information we hold about you by emailing app@valerianconsole.com. Uninstalling an app removes the data stored by that app on your device.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
